摘要
纳米晶粒的表面能很大 ,这导致它的热稳定性不好。因此 ,控制纳米晶粒在烧结过程中的长大就成为制备块状纳米材料的关键。文章分析了第二相质点、温度、压力等因素对块状纳米材料在烧结过程中的晶粒稳定性的影响及措施。添加抑制剂、高压低温等特种烧结法是目前制备纳米块状材料的主要方法。随着技术的发展 ,为避免纳米晶粒的热稳定性问题 。
Nanocrystals have low heat stability for its high surface energy.So,how to control the growing of the crystals in the process of sintering becomes the key to manufacturing bulk nanomaterials. In this article, The effects of the sec ond phase、tenperature、pressure on grain stability in bulk nanomaterials during sintering were anslyzed.The conclusions are drawn that adding inhibitors,specia l sintering such as super-high pressure and low temperature are very good for ma king bulk nanomterials at present.As the development of technology, the method o f treat plastic transformation is going on the road to manufactruing bulk nanoma terials to go around the grain stability rising during sintering.
