摘要
以乙二醇一甲醚为起始原料 ,与金属钠进行取代反应 ,不经分离 ,与 2 -氯乙醛缩二甲醇经缩合反应合成 2 -(2-甲氧基乙氧基 )乙醛缩二甲醇 ,同时考察反应时间、醇钠物质的量比和醛钠物质的量比对收率的影响。反应的最佳条件为 :反应时间 8h ,醇钠物质的量比为 4∶1,醛钠物质的量比为 1.3∶1,收率为 90 %。
Methoxyethoxy)acetaldehyde acetaldehyde Acetal Di methyl was synthesized by dissolving metallic sodium in Methoxyethanol and react ing with Clomoacetaldehyde diethyl acetal.The affection of the field was reviewe d by reaction time,molar ration of methoxyethanol to sodium and molar ration of Clomoacetaldehyde diethyl acetal to sodium.Results the optimum reaction conditio ns were obtained by test:the reation time was 8h,the molar ration of methoxyetha nol to metallic sodium was 4∶1,the Clomoacetadehyde diethyl acetal to metallic sodium was 1.3∶1,the yield was 90%.Conclusion The synthesis method was easier to control and the yield was higher.This new method was more suitable for the i ndustrial production.
