The Polytropic Exponents of the Physical Model of Four Binary Systems

本文利用双星轨道的追星点进动的新近观测值和Cowling给出的理论公式推测了四颗双星的物理模型的多方指数。四颗双星的多方指数n值的范围多数在3<n<4。

The polytropic exponents of the physical model of four binary stars arc inferred from the recently observed data of the apsidal motion and by using the theoretical formula given by T. G. Cowling. The four binary stars arc CW Ccp, V477 Cgy, δ Ori and AG Per. The deduced polytropic exponent n is given in Table 3.
