摘要
提出一种新颖的共焦生物芯片扫描仪的二维扫描技术,即保持传统的采用直线驱动器和直 线导轨实现Y向扫描下,另采用振镜和大数值孔径的远心线性成像物镜实现X向扫描。实验结果表明,此装置减少了传统仪器的振动噪声,具有运转平稳的特点,并在保证10μm的扫描分辨力下,扫描时间<5min,显著提高扫描效率。
A novel confocal bio-chip scanner which uses 2-D scanning techniques, i.e. X-direction scanning is carried out through using a vibrating mirror and telecentric linear imaging objective of large numerical aperture under the conditions of carrying out Y-direction scanning through maintaining the traditional linear driver and linear guide rail. The experimental results show that the unit reduces vibration noise of the traditional instrument and has the property of stable operation. With 10 μm resolving power, its scanning time is less than 5-min and the scanning efficiency is obviously improved.
