摘要
应用冷冻干燥技术,采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了同时掺铁镧、铁锡的双元素掺杂纳米TiO2粉体材料,通过XRD、激光粒度分析仪、扫描电镜分析仪的检测,粒径为60~70nm,比表面积约为36~45m2/g,粒度均匀,全为锐钛矿型。通过甲基橙溶液光催化降解实验,比较了不同掺杂纳米TiO2粉体的催化性能,实验发现在这些改性的TiO2粉体材料中,以同时掺0.05%铁和掺0.02%镧的效果最好。在光催化降解实验中,掺0.05%铁的基础上掺0.02%镧的粉体光催化效率约为在掺0.05%铁基础上掺0.02%锡的粉体的光催化效率的1.5倍。
Anatase titania nanopowders with co-doping of Fe/Sn and Fe/La metallic elements are prepared by sol-gel process with application of technologies of refrigeration and drying.The nanopowders are analysed by XRD,LDPSA and SEM. It is found out that, the product has even granularity with particles radius about 60~70nm,the surface area by BET is about 36~45 m^2/g .The photo-catalytic activity of TiO_2 is evaluated by the photo-catalytic decomposition of methyl orange which indicates that, the photo-catalytic activity of TiO_2 is obviously enhanced by the co-doping of 0.05%Fe and 0.02%La .In the degradation experiment of methyl orange ,it is found out that, the degradation efficiency of the sample doped with 0.05%Fe and 0.02%La is about 1.5 times higher than the sample doped with 0.05%Fe and 0.02% Sn.
