本文分析了20世纪中国8级地震与日长变化的关系,并介绍了日长与地球自转速率间的换算,为使其均一化提供了方法。

The preliminary analyses of the relationship between the changes of the length of day (L.O.D) and the Chinese earthquakes of magnitude 8.0 in the Twentieth century are given in this paper. The conversion formula between the length of day and the Earth's rotation rate is introduced and a method for the normalization of data is proposed.
