摘要
用氧指数测定和力学性能测定方法研究了十溴二苯醚(FR 10)及其与三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)、红磷配合使用对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/聚丙烯(PP)阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,FR 10对EPDM/PP有阻燃作用,但效果不明显。FR 10与Sb2O3和FR 10与红磷在EPDM/PP中并用有协同阻燃作用;阻燃剂的加入会使共混体系的力学性能下降,FR 10与红磷的并用阻燃剂比FR 10与Sb2O3的并用阻燃剂阻燃效果好,对力学性能的不利影响亦较小。
The effect of decabromodiphenyl oxide, decabromodiphenyl oxide/antimonous oxide and decabromodiphenyl oxide/red phosphorus on EPDM/PP was studied by determinating the mechanical and flame-retardant properties. The results showed that the flame retardancy on EPDM/PP of decabromodiphenyl oxide was very little. FR-10/Sb_2O_3 and FR-10 /red phosphorus played synergism flame resistant effect on EPDM/PP. The additive of flame-retardant could decrease the mechanical properties. FR-10/red phosphorus had better flame-retardant effect and less influence on mechanical properties than FR-10/Sb_2O_3.
