摘要
根据胶粉的混炼特性和硫化特性,通过实验探讨了它在阻尼板材中的应用,研究了胶粉用量对产品性能的影响。结果表明,胶粉完全可以替代橡胶和树脂用于阻尼板材的生产,并可大幅度降低生产成本。
The characteristics of damping plates with mixing the rubber powder instead of synthetic rubber and resin were studied in this paper. The results of experiment showed that the rubber powder could be used in this process perfectly and the cost of product decreased obviously.
