摘要
综述了手性药物的发展近况及光学活性化合物的制备方法,重点介绍了酶催化过程的特点,结合实例介绍了脂肪酶催化拆分和酶催化不对称合成的方法,展望了酶催化的工业化应用前景。
The recent developments of chiral drugs and their preparation methods were reviewed, with focus on enzyme-catalysis. Examples were given with respect to enzyme-catalyzed resolution and asymmetric synthesis. Preparation of optically active compounds via enzyme-catalysis shows remarkable prospects.
