摘要 以柠檬酸和正丁醇为原料,钛酸四丁酯为催化剂,酯化合成柠檬酸三丁酯。确定了优惠反应条件:酸醇比为1:4.1,反应温度为150℃,反应时间为4.5h,催化剂用量为柠檬酸质量的1.2%,酯化率达到99%以上,用GC/MS色质联用仪检测产品纯度在99.5%以上。 The esterification of citric acid and n-butanol was carried out with tetrabutyl-titanate as the catalyst. The main factors, the quantity of catalyst, reaction temperature, molar ratio of reactants and reaction time, which effected the esterification, were discussed. The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows: molar ration of citric acid to n-butanol 1:4.1, reaction temperature 150℃, reaction time 4.5?h, the quantity of catalyst accounted for 1.2% of citric acid, and the final conversion was more than 99%. The product purity also exceeded 99.5% by Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectrograph .
