摘要
探讨了磷钨酸对丁酮1,2 丙二醇缩酮合成反应的催化活性,研究了酮醇摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对产品收率的影响。实验表明:磷钨酸是合成丁酮1,2 丙二醇缩酮的优良催化剂,在n(丁酮)∶n(1,2 丙二醇)为1∶1.75,催化剂用量为反应物总量的1.75%,环己烷作带水剂,反应时间为1.5h的优化条件下,丁酮1,2 丙二醇缩酮的收率可达73.4%。
Catalytic activity of phosphotungstic acid on synthesizing butanone 1,2-propanediol ketal was discussed,the factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best conditions were found out. The optimum conditions are as follows: molar ratio of butanone to 1,2-propanediol is 1∶1.75, the quantity of catalyst is equal to 1.75% of reactant,using cyclohexane as carry-water agent and the reaction time is 1.5 h. H_3PW_(12)O_(40) is an excellent catalyst for synthesizing butanone 1,2-propanediol ketal and its yield can reach 73.4%.
