摘要
在分析了钛材、聚四氟乙烯列管冷凝器和搪玻璃碟片冷凝器等耐腐蚀冷凝器的优缺点后,针对化工生产中高沸点、高熔点有机酸的蒸馏工艺要求冷凝器的材质耐腐蚀,结构耐真空的需求,综合聚四氟乙烯和搪玻璃两种材料的优点,设计了一种新型冷凝器———搪玻璃聚四氟乙烯组合盘管冷凝器,克服了聚四氟乙烯列管冷凝器在真空精馏中列管易被抽扁,高熔点物料在过冷时易堵管及钛材和搪玻璃碟片冷凝器使用寿命较短的问题。该设计已获得国家专利,并在实践中得以应用,效果良好。
Analyzing some corrosion resistant condensers such as titanium structure type, teflon array pipes type, glass lining plate type and so on, and based on their advantages, a new type of condenser, built-up spiral pipe condenser was made of glass lining and teflon, is designed to meet the requirement of vacuum rectify procedure for high boiling point and high melting point organic acid in chemical rectify. The disadvantages of other types, array pipes easily been sucked flat by vacuum, pipes jam by high melting point materials due to over-cooling, and the short life-span of both titanium and glass lining plate types, are overcome by this new design. The design has obtained a state patent, and has been applied in practice with good results.
