摘要
苯乙醛和乙二醇以NaHSO4·H2O为催化剂,在无有机溶剂和无机载体的条件下经微波辐射直接催化合成苯乙醛乙二醇缩醛。实验结果表明,当微波输出功率为210W,辐射时间3min,n(苯乙醛)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶2 25,催化剂用量n(苯乙醛)∶n(硫酸氢钠)=10∶1时,苯乙醛乙二醇缩醛的收率为82 9%。
Phenylacetaldehyde ethyleneglycol acetal was directly synthesized by reaction of phenylacetaldehyde and ethyleneglycol under microwave irradiation catalyzed by NaHSO_4· H_2O without any organic solvent and inorganic carrier.Thus,at mole ratios n(phenylacetaldehyde)∶n(glycol)=(1∶2.25) and n(phenylacetaldehyde):n(NaHSO_4· H_2O) =10∶1 with microwave power of 210 W and radiation time of 3 min,yield of the acetal was up to 82.9%.
