摘要
合成了丙烯酸-马来酸酐-丙烯酸羟丙酯三元共聚物(AA-MA-HPA),研究了聚合条件对共聚物阻硫酸钡垢性能的影响,确定了合适的聚合工艺:单体配比n(AA)∶n(MA)∶n(HPA)=41∶34∶25,m(引发剂)/m(总单体)=10%,m(异丙醇)/m(总单体)=15%,反应温度90℃,反应时间4h。当共聚物使用质量浓度为24mg/L时,阻垢率可达97%以上,并初步探讨了其阻垢机理。
A copolymer of acrylic acid(AA),maleic anhydride(MA) and hydroxypropyl acrylate(HPA) is synthesized,and the conditions of polymerization influencing the scale inhibition performance of the polymer for BaSO_4 are investigated.The optimized conditions are found:n(AA)∶n(MA)∶n(HPA)=41∶34∶25,m(initiators)/m(monomers)=10%,m(isopropanol)/m(monomers)=15%,reaction temperature 90 ℃ and reaction time 4 h.Being an excellent scale inhibitor for barium sulfate scale,the inhibition capability of this copolymer reaches 97.1% at the dose of 24 mg/L.The mechanism of scale inhibition is also discussed.
