摘要
首先经严格的机理分析给出分馏塔逐板计算的模型,然后采用房室法、虚拟组分法将模型简化.最后对所建立的机理模型进行求解仿真,并给出了仿真结果,通过仿真验证了模型的准确性.
This paper discusses the dynamic modeling for the fractionator of Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Unit(FCCU). In this modeling, compartment method is adopted and the products of the catalytic cracking are described as five pseudo components. The simulation results show that this dynamic model can predict the dynamic responses of each compartment when the operating conditions of the fractionator are changed.
