摘要
将Ce ,La ,Ce基混合稀土及重稀土钇加入ZA2 7合金中 ,都可使合金性能优化 ,其中以Ce为最好 ,Ce在ZA2 7合金中适量加入时 ,能促进组织细化和调幅分解 ,从而使合金的韧度、阻尼性能及耐磨性能得到显著增加。冲击韧度、阻尼性能从铸态的 2 1.5J/cm2 ,0 .478× 10 - 3 ,提高到 48.3J/cm2 ,1.3 4× 10 - 3 ,人工时效的从 80 .0J/cm2 ,1.78× 10 - 3 提到 12 5J/cm2 ,3 .15× 10 - 3 。给ZA2
The proper addition of Ce into Z-7 alloy can promote t he refinement of the microstructure and amplitude decomposition effectively so a s to significantly improve the toughness, damping property and wear resistance o f the Z-7 alloy. A new frontier for application of the Z-7 alloy was developed .
