摘要
介绍了撞击流—旋转填料床形成的原理,通过该设备在制备纳米硫酸钡中的成功应用,进一步对其微观混合进行了全面的研究,在此基础上进行了对含酚废水的萃取性能研究和制乳性能研究。应用研究表明,撞击流—旋转填料床是一种应用广泛的新型快速混合化工设备。
The principle of impinging stream-rotating packed bed (IS-RPB) is introduced. Based on the successfully applications of the IS-RPB in the preparation of nano barium sulfate, the micro mixing situation, the extraction performance to the phenol-containing wastewater, as well as the making emulsion performance in ISRPB is researched further. The results show that the IS-RPB is new type chemical equipment for quickly mixing with wide application.
