摘要
80kt/a甲醇装置实际运行15个月,原料气为38000m^3/h,空速为5000h^(-1),满负荷时空速为12000~14000h^(-1),引气量在2800m^3,合成塔压力在4.5MPa,温度在210~250℃,CO为18%时,班产甲醇67t以上,达到年产80kt/a的甲醇生产能力。说明此催化剂空速适用范围较宽,不影响甲醇产量。
Under the conditions of material gas flow 38 000 m^3/s, space velocity 5 000 h^(-1), full load space velocity 12 000~14 000 h^(-1), adding gas amount 2 800 m^3 , synthesis column pressure 4. 5 MPa, temperature 210~250 C, and CO 18%, the 80 kt/a methanol synthesis unit has been operated for 15 months, and the yield per shift is higher than 67 t, which reaches the production capacity of 80 kt/a. The application result shows that the catalyst has performance of wide range of space velocity, and has no effect on the production.
