In the process of urbanization, a large-scale of land requisition and removal is being carried out through out the country, which has brought about a number of legal disputes. These disputes result from the absence of legislation of power and capital, and from the misjudgement of the judicial ethics. In the course of land requisition and removal, the protection of the property right of the citizens should be maintained in the legislative, administrative and judicial practice.
