目前公路建设资金缺口较大,筹融资任务艰巨,在解决资金缺口的基础上,提出融资政策的建议及具体融资方法和策略,为交通主管部门决策和制定相关政策提供重要的参考依据。

The shortage of the highway construction fund is very remarkable at present, and it is hard to finish the road fund raising. On the basis of solving the problem, the suggestion of the financing policy, financing methods and tactics are put forward in this paper, and offered the important reference for the traffic administrations.
