摘要
采用3级(导套、浮动密封环组、盘根)组合密封结构设计方法,实现石油热采密封系统的密封要求.利用层流间隙密封与轴向端面密封理论,确定出系统的密封间隙.采用接触与非接触结构混合密封方式并配合所选择的密封材料的自润滑性质,解决并实现系统的润滑要求.通过试验研究得到所希望的密封效果.
Seal assembly of three stages (guide sleeve, shiftable seal ring unit and disc-seal) is adopted to accomplish the sealing of oil heat extraction equipment. The theory of laminar flow in the interspaces and axle end sealing is used to confirm the seal interspaces. Contacting and contactless seal methods were adopted carry out the lubricating requirement. Through this study , the expected effective seal was obtained.
