以高职教育人才培养目标、培养规格为出发点,并结合近年来高职人才培养模式的理论研究与实践经验,阐述了构建高职人才培养模式的前提条件是定位问题,首要任务是德育工作,关键环节在于体现高职特色,并着重探讨了具有高职特色的人才培养新模式:注重"KAQ"的有机统一;造就一支高水平的"双师型"教师队伍;坚持走校企合作、产学研结合的道路;逐步形成以应用为主旨的高职教材体系等4方面。
