On the Basic Characteristics of Chinese Classical Aesthetic Category "Xing

"兴"是中国古典美学的一个重要范畴,因此它具备了一些与其它的美学范畴一样的基本特征:发展过程的变异性;结构系统的多元性;生命意识的基元性。

Xing' is an important category of Chinese classical aesthetics. Therefore it and other aesthetic categories have had some common basic characteristics: the variation in the course of development; the multivariate of structural system; the basic nature of consciousness of life.
