摘要
实施国际劳工标准,保护劳动者的基本人权已成为世界范围内劳动立法的重要发展趋势。与国际劳工标准相比,我国的劳动标准立法还有许多不足之处,应该逐步加以完善。
Implementing international labor standards and protecting laborers' human rights have became a tendency of labor law today. Comparing international labor standards, Our labor standards have many shortcomings. So we should settle them step by step.
