摘要
应用湍流模型对涡轮叶片尾缘叉排针肋通道的换热与流动进行了三维数值模拟研究。为了研究冷却叶片尾缘处正压面与背压面之楔角对通道换热与流动的影响 ,在通道楔角θ为 0°~ 2 0°进行了数值模拟计算 ;为了研究 Reynolds数对通道换热与流动的影响 ,在 Re为 0 .5× 10 4~ 4 .0× 10 4进行了数值模拟计算。
Three dimensional numerical simulation of heat transfer and fluid flow in wedge shaped passage with pin fin of staggered arraysat the trailing edge of cooling blade was presented in this paper. In order to get the correlation of heat transfer and fluid flow with the Reynolds number and the angles between pressure surface and suction surface for trailing edge of cooling blade, numerical experiments were carried out with the angle changing from 0 to 20°and the Reynolds number changing from 0.5×10 4 to 4.0×10 4. An optimal angle was obtained from the numerical research.
