摘要
目的 研究珍菊降压片对高脂血症兔受损的内皮结构以及内皮依赖性舒张功能的改善作用。方法 选用新西兰纯种雄兔 ,随机分为正常组、高脂组、珍菊降压片治疗组及辛伐他汀治疗组 ,通过血管多普勒的方法测定兔髂总动脉平均峰值流度 (APV)的变化以评价内皮依赖性血管舒张功能 ,取胸主动脉标本分别用电镜、光镜检查以观察各组动物内皮细胞的形态学特征 ,并测定主动脉内皮型一氧化氮合酶 (eNOS)活性。结果 形态学检查显示珍菊降压片可减轻高脂血症所致的血管壁结构的损害 ;血管多普勒检测显示注射乙酰胆碱后 ,正常组、高脂血症对照组、珍菊降压片治疗组及辛伐他汀治疗组的APV比值分别为 1.14± 0 .2 6、1.74± 0 .59、1.2 2± 0 .3 7、1.17± 0 .41(珍菊降压片治疗组和辛伐他汀治疗组分别与高脂血症对照组比较 ,P<0 .0 5) ;eNOS测定 4组分别为 (4.2 1± 0 .3 7)、(1.43± 0 .88)、(3 .95± 0 .67)和 (4.0 8± 0 .46)nmol·min- 1·g- 1(珍菊降压片治疗组和辛伐他汀治疗组分别与正常组和高脂血症对照组比较 ,P <0 .0 5)。
Objective:To study the effect of Zhenju Jiangya Tablet ( ZJ ) on the injured endothelial cells and endothelium-dependent relaxation functio n of hyperlipidemia rabbits. Methods:Male New Zealand rabbits were randomized into four groups: control group, hyperlipidemia group, ZJ group and s ivastatin group. The endothelium-dependent relaxation function was evaluated by APV using intravascular Doppler, and the morphology of endothelial cells was de tected by light microscopy and electron microscopy, and nitric oxide synthase wa s evaluated. Results:ZJ reduced the lesions of hyperlipidemia vessel s, and the APV after Ach injection of each group was (1.14±0.26), (1.74±0.59), (1.22±0.37) and (1.17±0.41) respectively. The eNOS of each group was (4. 21±0.37), ( 1.43 ±0.88), (3.95±0.67) and (4.08±0.46) nmol·min -1 ·g -1 respectively. Conclusion: ZJ can improve the abnormality of endothelial cells and endothelium-dependent relaxation function of hyperlipide mia.
