高效液相色谱法测定生地黄和桃红四物汤中梓醇的含量

Determination of catalpol in dried rehmannia root and Taohong Siwu Decoction with high performance liquid chromatography

目的 :利用高效液相色谱 (highperformanceliquidchromatography ,HPLC)法测定生地黄和桃红四物汤中梓醇的含量。方法 :用YWG C18为色谱柱 ,以水 乙腈 (99.4∶0 .6)为流动相测定梓醇 ,检测波长为 2 10nm。结果 :在所试梓醇对照品浓度 0 .0 536～ 5.3 60 0 μg/ μl范围内线性关系良好 (n =5,r =0 .9997) ,生地黄加样回收率为 98.7% ,RSD =0 .48% ;桃红四物汤为 98.2 % ,RSD =1.2 9%。结论 :HPLC法准确可靠 ,可为控制地黄和桃红四物汤质量提供检测依据。

Objective:To determinate the catalpol conte nt s in dried rehmannia root and Taohong Siwu Decoction containing rehmannia root w ith high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods: Catalpol was separated on a YWG-C18 column using water-acetonitrile (99.4∶0.6) as mob ile phase and detective wavelength at 210 nm. Results:The linear cu rve of tested catalpol concentration within the range of 0.053 6～5.360 0 μg/μ l was ideal (n=5, r=0.999 7). The average recovery rate of the dried reh mannia root and Taohong Siwu decoction was 98.7% (RSD=0.48%) and 98.2% (RSD=1.29 %) respectively. Conclusion: HPLC method is accurate and valuable fo r the quality control of Radix Rehmanniae and Taohong Siwu Decoction.
