糖肾康治疗糖尿病肾病33例

“ Tang Shen Kang” for Diabetic Nephropathy in 33 Cases

为观察糖肾康治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效 ,将 6 6例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组 33例 (西医常规治疗加糖肾康 )及对照组 33例 (西医常规治疗 ) ,疗程 8周。结果 :治疗组 2 4小时尿蛋白排泄率和 2 4小时尿蛋白定量较治疗前均明显下降 (P <0 0 1) ,2 4小时肌酐清除率较治疗前明显升高 (P <0 0 5 )。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。

To observe the clinical efficacy of “ Tang Shen Kang” in treating diabetic nephropathy, 66 cases were randomized into two groups: control group in which 33 cases were treated by routine methods and treatment group in which 33 cases were treated by “ Tang Shen Kang” and routine methods, with a course of 8 weeks. Results: After treatment, the 24 h UAER and UPRO increased in two groups ( P <0.05), with more significant increase in treatment group than in control group ( P <0.01).
