摘要
中医药外治法对创伤修复的临床疗效显著。通过对中国生物医学文献光盘数据库 (CBMdisc) (1979年至今 )和MEDLINECD -ROM(196 6年至今 )计算机检索 ,对纳入文献按随机效应模型进行分析 ,对文献发表偏移评估后文献资料做固定效应模型分析。随机效应模型结果 :合并OR =5 .183,95 %CI(2 .6 78,10 .0 32 ) ,P <0 .0 0 0 0 1。固定效应模型结果 :合并OR =7.138,95 %CI(4.92 6 ,10 .343) ,P <0 .0 0 0 0 1。在对中医药创伤修复疗效的单项评价分析中 ,用Meta分析统计软件。结果提示 ,中医药对创伤修复较目前西医治疗方法极具优势 。
Chinese medicine has excellent effects on the traumatic repair. The information concerning the external treatment of traumatic wounds in CBMdisc and MEDLINE CD ROM was retrieved and analyzed by random effect model and fixed effect model. The former analysis showed: OR=5.183, 95%CI (2.678, 10.032), P<0.00001; the latter analysis showed: OR=7.138, 95%CI (4.926, 10.343). P<0.00001. It is suggested that Chinese medicine has more advantages than western medicine in treating traumatic wounds.
