睾丸扭转误诊为腹股沟嵌顿疝的临床分析(附4例报告)

Clinical analysis of volvulus of testis misdiagnosis of inguimal hernia

目的 :提高睾丸扭转的诊治水平。方法 :回顾性总结 4例睾丸扭转误诊为腹股沟嵌顿疝患者的诊治资料 ,结合文献进行分析。结果 :4例患者均经手术确诊为睾丸扭转 ,1例手术复位后 ,随访半年 ,睾丸逐渐萎缩 ,3例行睾丸切除和对侧睾丸固定术。结论 :无论是睾丸扭转还是腹股沟嵌顿疝 ,主张尽早手术探查。

Objective: To improve the treating and diagnosing method of volvulus of testis. Method: We reviewed and andlyzed 4 cases data of volvus of testis misdiagnosis inguimal hernia. Result: All the 4 cases were diagnosed volvulns of testis through operating one case was restorated 3 cases were insion of testis and were fixed in the other side. Conclusion: It's very important to research through operating wether volvulus of testis or inguimal hernia.
