三种方法治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎的病理变化

The experimental study of histopathological change by different way on treating chronic bacterial prostatitis

目的 :治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎 (CBP)的有效方法和给药途径。方法 :将雄性大白兔 4 5只中的 4 0只制备成CBP动物模型 ,分别口服氧氟沙星 ,口服氧氟沙星和特拉唑嗪 ,前列腺内注射氧氟沙星加地塞米松治疗 ,并以正常前列腺、CBP不用药及注射生理盐水者作为对照 ,光镜下观察前列腺组织的病理学改变。结果 :三种用药方法均可有效减轻CBP的组织炎症情况。结论

Objective:To study the effect on chronic bacterial prostatitis of three different treatment: oral ofloxacin, oral ofloxacin and α 1-blocker: terazosin, intraprostatic injection by ofloxacin and dexamethasone. To evalute the change of histology after three different treatment.Method:(1)The health male rabbits were selected and formed the aninmal model of chronic bacterial prostatitis by puring E coli into posturether according to document. And they had been divided into 5 groups randomly: They are no treated group, oral ofloxacin group, oral ofloxacin and terazosin group, intraprostatic injection by ofloxacin and dexamethason group, and sham intraprostatic injection group, needle was introduced by B-mode echography. (2)After the rabbits sacrificed, the prostates were sliced and embeded in paraffin section then observed by H-E staining.Result:The inflammation was alleviated in the three groups of treatment by histology.Conclusion:There were no advantage on intraprostatic injection.
