摘要
目的 探讨阿魏酸钠 (sodiumferulate ,SF)对D -半乳糖诱导衰老模型小鼠抗氧化能力的影响。方法 :D -半乳糖 (15 0mg·kg-1)诱导衰老模型小鼠为实验对象 ,造模同时及造模第 5周始同时ipSF (2 5、 5 0mg·kg-1) ,以体重、免疫器官重量 ,血清、脑SOD ,血清、肝脏MDA ,全血GSH -Px活力和脑MAO含量为指标 ,全面考察SF抗衰老作用。结果 :造模同时注射SF高低剂量组均能显著对抗D -半乳糖所致小鼠血清、肝脏MDA、脑MAO的增加 ,提高血清、脑SOD的活力 ,对抗小鼠体重、胸腺指数下降 ;SF高剂量组显著抑制脾指数降低 ,提高GSH -Px活力。造模第 5周开始同时给药高剂量组显著抑制血清MDA的增加。结论 :SF具有良好的抗氧化能力 ,预防性给药能在一定程度上延缓D -半乳糖引起的小鼠体内的拟衰老变化 ,而治疗性给药抗衰老作用不明显。
Aim:To study the effect of sodium ferulate on ageing mice induced by D-galactose.Method: Ascertain the effects of SF on anti-ageing by measuring the level of SOD of serum and brain,MDA of serum and liver,GSH-Px of blood and the contents of MAO of brain.Result: Compared with D-galactose model group,thes Fgroup which made model and injected SF 25 mg·kg -1 and 50mg·kg -1 simultaneously can significantly promote the activity of SOD in brain and serum,GSH-Px in blood,remarkably inhibit the increase of MDA of serum and liver,MAO of brain,and also restrain the decrease of weight and the index of thymus.SF of 50 mg·kg -1 retrain the decrease of spleen index.While the SF sroup,which injected SF of 50mg·kg -1 having been induced by D-galactose for 4weeks,can only significantly inhibit the increase of MDA of serum.Conclusion: SF has the function of significantly inhibiting oxidation of the ageing mice induced by D-galactose,while less effects on the aged ones.
