红袍胃安胶囊中厚朴延胡索醇提工艺研究

Studies on Alcohol Extraction Procedure of Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis and Rhizoma Corydalis in Hongpao Weian Capsule

目的 :优选“红袍胃安胶囊”中厚朴延胡索醇提工艺条件。方法 :采用正交设计 ,以厚朴酚与和厚朴酚得率为指标优选方中厚朴与延胡索的醇提工艺。结果 :用 10倍量 70 %EtOH回流 4hr (2 5hr,1 5hr)为厚朴延胡索醇提工艺的最佳条件。结论 :乙醇回流提取操作简便 ,用优选所得条件提取 ,厚朴酚与和厚朴酚得率较高 ,优选结果可用于红袍胃安胶囊中厚朴延胡索的提取。

Objective:To optimize the alcohol extraction procedure of Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis and Rhizoma Corydalis in Hongpao Weian capsule.Method:The orthogonal design was used to select the optimum alcohol extraction procedure according to extracting rates of magnolol and honokiol.Results:10 fold of 70% alcohol and heating under reflux for 4 hours(2.5,1.5)is the optimum condition of alcohol extraction procedure.Conclusion:The optimized procedure is simple,high efficient and suitable for extracting Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis and Rhizoma Corydalis in Hongpao Weian capsule.
