中药药效研究方法进展

Development of the research methods of the efficacy of the traditional Chinese material medica

目的对近些年来国内外中药药效研究方法和思路进行综述 ,并与中药药理作用的特点相比较。方法查阅近些年来国内外公开发表有关研究论文 ,按中药药效研究方法分类汇总。结果与结论提出对中药药效研究方法的几点思考 :中药药效的实验研究应该重视药物对机体的整体协调作用 ;应集中兵力 ,尽最大可能复制出符合中医“证”的临床辨证标准的动物模型 ;中药药效的研究方法应该在阐明复方配伍的化学与生物学内涵上寻找突破口。

Objective To review the study on the research methods and the ways of the efficacy of the traditional Chinese material medicines having been published at home and abroad recently,and compare with the characteristics of mobilizing efficacy of the herbal medicines.Methods Papers reported in journals were consulted,and classified by the research methods of the efficacy of the herbal medicines.Results and Conclusions The paper offers some thoughts about the research methods of efficacy of the herbal medicines:the experimental research on the efficacy of the traditional Chinese material medicines should regard the ensemble and concerted action; We should muster superior forces in order to copy the animal model meeting clinical “discriminating” standard; the efficacy of the traditional Chinese materical medicines should make a breakthrough at clarifying the chemical and biological intension on the compatibility of medicines.
