Quantitative determination of p-cymene and it's capsules by gas chromatography

目的 :建立气相色谱法测定对 伞花烃及其胶丸的含量。方法 :以 5 %SE 30为固定相 ,柱温 80℃ ,以正十一烷为内标 ,测定对 伞花烃的含量。结果 :平均回收率为 10 0 .1% ,RSD为 0 .17% (n =6 )。结论 :本法简便快速 ,结果准确。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining the content of p-cymene and it's capsules. METHODS 5% SE-30 column, Column temperature: 80℃, the internal standard was n-undecane. RESULTS The average recovery of p-cymene was 100.1% ,RSD= 0.17% ( n =6). CONCLUSION This method is simple, rapid and accuracy.
