摘要
分析了用快干涂料铸渗法制备金属基表面复合材料中各工艺因素对复合层质量的影响,并由此确定了最佳工艺参数,可为生产和研究提供参考依据。研究表明,浇注温度是影响复合层质量的主要因素,在1450℃~1500℃范围内均能获得优良的表面复合层;表面复合材料的硬度在HRC60以上,是普通耐磨铸铁硬度的1 4~1 6倍。
The influence of quick drying coating cast-in-face's?process on the metallic matrix surface composites is analyzed, and the optimum process parameters were determined that provided basis for the practical production and research. The results prove that pouring temperature is the dominating factor for the properties of composite layers, the good composite layers can be produced within 1450~1500℃; the rigidity of the composites in face is large than HRC60, it's?1.4~1.6 times as large as the common iron resisting abrasion's rigidity.
