链霉菌属一新种的多相分类 被引量:3

Polyphasic classification of Streptomyce bannaenesis sp.nov.

摘要 从云南西双版纳分离到的1株中温放线菌N-98-1272(以下简称1272).对其形态,生理生化特性,细胞壁化学组分以及16SrDNA序列进行了研究分析,并与链霉菌属的已知种进行了比较,认为这是链霉菌属的1个新种,命名为版纳链霉菌(Streptomycesbananensissp.nov.). An actinomycete strain,N-98-1727,was isolated from soil sample collected from Xishuangbanna,Yunnan,China.Classification and identification of the strain were carried out by using cultural,physiological,biochemical,chemical and molecular procedures.Strain N-98-1272 was identified as a new species of genus Streptomyces based on a comparison between strain N-98-1727 and similar species,and named Streptomyces bannaensis.
