摘要
使用计算机可以快速、准确地计算铸造熔炼过程中的炉料配比 ,但计算速度和精度与程序所用的计算方法有关。本文给出的简单有效的方法以及其他优化措施可确保获得较快的计算速度。计算时间受计算机运算速度、炉料种类以及所选择的计算精度影响 ,一般不超过 1s。
Being able to process at high speed, computer makes it possible to calculate the proportion of charges in a melting process quickly and precisely. However the calculation speed and precision are really up to the calculating method used. A simple but effective method, as well as some other optimized designs was presented, by which high calculation speed might be assured and the time used was always less than 1 second. The speed of computer, kinds of charges and the precision selected were the operatives.
