摘要
介绍碲的冶金效应原理及水基碲粉涂料的特点和应用。在试验过程中 ,经过调整涂料配方 ,改进水基碲粉涂料的悬浮性、提高涂层的粘结强度和抗铁液冲蚀能力 ,降低涂料自身的发气量 ,并在生产中辅以具体的工艺措施 ,较好地解决了康明斯6BT缸体油道部位的缩松渗漏缺陷。
The application and characteristic of water-based tellurium coating are mainly introduced in combine with the analysis of the metallurgical effect. The water-based tellurium coating with good suspension property, high viscosity and anticorrosion property, little gas evolution rate are used to the production of the Cummins 6BT cylinder. The casting is free from the defects of dispersed shrinkage and leakage defect in the cylinder’s oil path.
