铸钢用酸固化呋喃树脂与酯固化碱性酚醛树脂的技术经济性对比 被引量:1

摘要 通过对两种树脂合成工艺、成分组成以及造型、制芯工艺、性能、经济性对比 ,发现呋喃树脂作为大型铸钢用粘结剂有着工艺技术成熟、原材料来源广泛、价格低廉、旧砂再生率高、再生技术成熟可靠、适应性强等优点 ;酯固化的碱性酚醛树脂已在一些铸钢阀门、水泵等企业得到应用 ,如能克服比强度低、旧砂再生效率低、型芯砂含水量高等问题后 ,将成为一种很有前途的型砂粘结剂。 Through comparing with two kind of resins’ compounding processes, ingredients, core-making technologies, properties, and economy, it is found that no-baking furan resin has advantage as an adhesive used in heavy steel castings, such as mature technology, wide-spreading source of raw materials, low price, high efficient of sand reused technology and better adaptability. Basic phenolic resin has been used in valves and pumps of some enterprises. It shows basic phenolic resin would be very useful in the future if the low specific strength, sand reused difficulty, high moisture content of mold and core sand, environment protection could be overcome.
