Through controlling the quantity, block size and position of unstable silicon inoculation, and adopting quadratic unstable silicon inoculation in medium or small ladle, it can fit for the request of long time poured medium or small castings, and keep long effect inoculation till to the end of pouring. Moreover, the content of silicon is controlled within 0.2%.
