人力资源管理理论告诉我们,在人力资源管理中首先要依靠人,激励人,培育人,关心人。面对WTO所引发的更为激烈的人才竞争,必须通过创新重新选择自己的人力资源管理战略。
The human resources management theory tells us that reliance on persons,motivation of persons,training of persons,and taking good care of persons are of great importance for human resources management,and therefore,we must reestablish our human resources management strategy through innovation in the light of the fierce competition for skilled personnel caused by China's entry into WTO.
