试论知识经济时代电力财务管理的创新

Innovation of electric power financial management at knowledge economy age

知识经济时代的到来,使传统的财务管理面临严峻的挑战。电力财务管理要适应新形势,就必须有所创新。分别从财务管理理论、财务管理方法、财务风险管理、财务管理人员素质等方面分析了知识经济对现行电力财务管理模式的影响,提出只有对建立在传统经济基础上财务管理模式的创新,才能适应知识经济时代的发展。

The arrival of knowledge economy age has brought up serious challenges to the traditional financial management,and in order to adapt itself to the new situation,the electric power financial management needs innovations.The effect of knowledge economy on the current mode of electric power financial management is analysed from the viewpoints of financial management theory,financial management method,financial risk management,and quality of financial management personnel.It is concluded that only the innovation of financial management mode based on the traditional economical basis can suit the development of knowledge economy age.
