阐述了电站焊工考核试件的焊前准备及装配,分析了板状试件、管状试件在焊接中存在的问题,详细介绍了碱性焊条在母材为20号、16Mn、12Cr1MoV等钢材的焊接操作要领,可为电站焊工提高焊接技术水平提供借鉴。
The preparation and assembly of test coupons before welding for examination of power station welders are discussed,the problems experienced during welding of plate and tubular test coupons are analysed,and the key points of welding such matrix as steel No.20,16Mn and 12CrMoV with alkaline welding electrodes are detailed as information for improvement of power station welders welding skills.
