探讨OA与档案管理系统接口技术

Interfaces between office automation(OA) software and archives management system

针对办公自动化软件OA在黑龙江电力系统的应用情况,指出因其采用非结构化传统文档处理系统,档案模块系统始终不能与OA的其他模块紧密结合,形成孤岛。经过5年的运行并不断调试改进,结合档案馆应用的档案管理系统,通过Sybase、MSSQLServer数据库接口技术,使文档系统得到更好应用。

In order to enable the archives module system to be properly with other modules of OA software now being applied in the Heilognjiang electric power system,commissioning was kept on during the five years of operation,and sach interface technologies as Sybase,and MS SQL Server made better use of the archives system possible.
