摘要
排水系统不完善或排水不当会引起土地退化。不仅湿润地区需要排水,即使在世界上需要灌溉的半干旱和干旱地带,排水也不容忽视。因为由灌水产生的局部潮湿环境,亦需要通过人工排水来改善。从世界范围来看,农田排水尚不能适应农业的发展,在除涝防渍和盐碱土改良方面仍任重道远。农田排水技术从应用基础研究、排水方式、工程材料、施工与管理的手段等方面在迅速发展,应努力缩小我国同世界发达国家的差距。
Imperfect drainage system or unsuitable drainage can cause land degradation. Drainage is necessary not only for humid area, but also for zone of dry and semi dry area where irrigation is needed and drainage should not be ignored too. Because artificial drainage is also essential for improvement of part moisture environment caused by irrigation. In view of the world, drainage for farmland still doesn't adapt to a development of agriculture, the burden is heavy and the road is long-shoulder heavy responsibilities in flood-removing, subsurface water-logging prevention and saline amelioration. Drainage technology for farmland is rapidly developing in research of application base, manner of drainage, engineering material, construction and measures for management etc. it is essential to make great efforts reducing the gap between China and developed country.
