摘要
行波型超声波电动机的定子支撑对其振动模态影响很大,其厚度、位置以及长度的变化直接影响到电动机的振型,从而对超声波电动机的运行特性、输出特性有较大的影响。本文以直径为100mm的行波型超声波电动机定子为例,利用有限元方法分析了超声波电动机在其支撑影响下的振动模态变化,并进一步分析其对电动机性能的影响。
The stator support of traveling wave ultrasonic motor affects the vibration mode largely, with the variety of the thickness, height, and length. Therefore, the analysis of the stator support is of great significance in the operation and output characteristic. Ultrasonic motor with 100mm in diameter is taken into account. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) method is used to analysis the variety of the vibration mode along with the stator support changing, and coupled-field analysis is introduced to solve the electro-mechanical coupling problem in ultrasonic motor. The effect on ultrasonic motor抯 performance of stator support is given.
