摘要 提出了一种新型的阻抗源功率变换器拓扑和它应用于DC/AC、AC/DC、AC/AC、DC/DC功率变换时的控制方法。阻抗源变换器提供了一个独特的阻抗网络(或电路),将变换器主电路和电源耦合在一起,可以得到传统的电压源和电流源变换器不能得到的独特特性,提供了一个新颖的功率变换概念,克服了传统的电压源和电流源变换器的不足。以应用于燃料电池逆变功率变换的阻抗源逆变器为例,分析了其工作原理和控制方法。仿真和实验结果证实了这些新的特点。 It proposes an impedance-source (or impedance-fed) power converter (abbreviated as Z-source converter) and its control method for implementing dc-to-ac, ac-to-dc, ac-to-ac, and dc-to-dc power conversion. The Z-source converter employs a unique impedance network (or circuit) to couple the converter main circuit to the power source, thus providing unique features that cannot be obtained in the traditional voltage-source (or voltage-fed) and current-source (or current-fed) converters in which a capacitor and inductor are used, respectively. The Z-source converter overcomes the conceptual and theoretical barriers and limitations of the traditional voltage-source converter and current-source converter and provides a novel power conversion concept. To describe the operating principle and control, this paper focuses on an example: a Z-source inverter for dc-ac power conversion needed in fuel cell applications. Simulation and experimental results validate the new features.
