小剂量阿糖胞苷能使老年人急性白血病伴发的动脉粥样硬化消退2例报告

摘要
直至目前关于动脉粥样硬化的形成机制尚不完全清楚。阿糖胞苷对动脉粥样硬化的作用尚无研究报告。作者在用小剂量阿糖胞苷对2例老年人急性白血病患者进行冶疗过程中发现例1伴发的心绞痛完全缓解和高血压降至正常，例2伴发的睑黄色瘤完全消失和高β脂蛋白水平明显下降，说明能使动脉粥样硬化消退。现报告如下。
