摘要
研究H13和DFD钢丝调质处理工艺 ,观测其淬火、回火显微组织 ,并对其淬火和回火后的硬度分别进行测量。结果表明 : 6 .3mm的H13钢丝经过 980~ 10 90℃奥氏体化 6 .0~ 7.5min ,空冷后经过 2~ 3次 5 5 0~ 5 90℃ ,2h回火 ,钢丝硬度达到HRC4 0~ 4 5 ; 5 .8mm的DFD钢丝经过 96 0~ 10 80℃奥氏体化 4 .0~ 5 .5min ,空冷后经过 2~ 3次 5 6 0~ 6 0 0℃ ,2h回火 ,钢丝硬度达到HRC33~ 37。经过调质处理后 ,钢丝性能稳定 ,能满足用户要求。
To research the quench and temper treatment process of H13 and DFD steel wire,observe their quenched and tempered microstructure,and measure quenched and tempered hardness respectively. The results indicate that the hardness of H13 steel wire with diameter 6.3 mm reaches HRC40~45 under the condition of autenitizing for 6.0 to 7.5 min at 980~1 090 ℃ then cooling in air and tempering 2~3 times at 550~590 ℃ for 2h ;the hardness of DFD steel wire with diameter 5.8 mm reaches HRC33~37 under the condition of autenitizing for 4.0 to 5.5 min at 960~1 080 ℃ then cooling in air and tempering 2~3 times at 560~600 ℃ for 2 h. After quenching and tempering,the wires have stable property and can meet the requirements of consumers.
